What is included in the price?

The price given on the website is for the apartment or hotel room for the week indicated. The apartments are priced per apartment and hotels are priced per person. No travel is included in the prices given and no extras are included unless otherwise indicated.

Your holiday price does not include:

Personal insurance premiums or motor breakdown insurance Any local tourist taxes Refundable deposits (payable locally in resort to reception and usually between 200 – 500€) Parking costs in resort Personal items such as telephone, drinks and room service (if applicable) End of stay cleaning, service charges and bed linen and towels are not always included in the accommodation price – please check under the individual accommodation description.

Availability:

If we have the apartment or hotel room available in stock, we can advise you of this immediately and if necessary hold the apartment/hotel room for you for up to 48hrs. Sometimes we may not be able to give you an instant answer in regards to availability as we may need to check with our supplier. In this case we will get back to you as quickly as possible regarding your enquiry but please note this may take between 12-48hrs.

Confirming your booking:

Once you have made your booking over the telephone or by email, we require a deposit of 25% of your total holiday cost if it is more than 10 weeks until your holiday departure date. You can pay this by Visa (+2%), Mastercard (+2 %) or Switch/Delta. We regret that we cannot take smaller payments than 25% of the total holiday cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our booking conditions. Should you wish to pay by cheque please provide us with a valid credit or debit card number to guarantee the booking. If we do not receive your cheque within 4 days, we reserve the right to debit the card as per our booking conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the deposit is not received within this period. Written confirmation or an email PDF copy of your invoice will then be sent to you.

Payment of balance:

This is payable no less than 10 weeks before departure. You can pay over the phone or by cheque (please provide your reference number on all correspondence). As we cannot guarantee internet security, we do not recommend that you send your credit card details by email. Please note that if prompt payment is not received then you risk your holiday being cancelled. Should your booking be made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

Tickets:

Your travel pack including your accommodation voucher and resort information will be sent to you no later than 2 weeks before you travel.
