This popular residence has a great central location. There are 3 buildings and a total of 70 apartments, situated near to the train station in the centre of Chamonix. The residence offers a private indoor, heated swimming pool, cardio-training room, sauna and steam room which are free for residents (reservations need to be made at the reception for sauna and steam room). This residence also offers the “Spas by Algotherm” range of body and facial treatments, payable locally. Please note that as these apartments have been built in a traditional style, some apartments on the higher floors may have sloping ceilings.

In every apartment:
• Equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, multifunction oven, coffee maker and toaster

• Beds made on arrival, end of stay cleaning (except the kitchen area) towels and 1 x cleaning kit are included

Unit Types

1 bedroom 3/4 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one pull out bed or a double sofa bed, one bedroom with twin beds side by side separated from the living room by a door or a curtain.
1 bedroom + cabin 4/6 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one pull out bed, one bedroom with twin beds side by side, cabin area with bunk beds or a twin bedroom or a sofa bed and one pull out bed separated from the living room by a door or a curtain. Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.
2 bedroom 4 persons: Living room, two bedrooms under the eaves each with twin beds side by side.
2 bedroom 5/6 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one pull out bed, two bedrooms with twin beds side by side.
3 bedroom 7/8 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one pull out bed, three bedrooms each with twin beds side by side. Additional shower room.
