These lovely apartments are situated in the centre of the resort, opposite the train station with a Chamonix Bus stop 50m away. The nearest chair lift is approximately 200m away. This residence benefits from an indoor heated swimming pool (free for residents). Some apartments have saunas, which can be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability (39€/week, payable in resort). Please note that as these apartments have been built in a traditional style, some apartments on the higher floors may have sloping ceilings.

In every apartment:

• Underground car parking is &pound43 per week and should be requested and paid for at the time of booking – subject to availability

Studio cabin 3 persons (19-22m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a cabin room with bunk beds (1m80). Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.
1 bedroom 3 persons (26m²): Living room with one single sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed.
1 bedroom + cabin 5 persons (35m²): Living room sleeping 1 person, one double bedroom and cabin room with bunk beds (1m80). Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.
2 bedroom 5 persons (40m²): Living room sleeping one, one double bedroom, small bedroom sleeping 2 (sometimes bunk beds -1m80).
2 bedroom + cabin/mezzanine 7 persons (60m²): Living room sleeping one, two bedrooms with double bed or twin beds or bunk beds (1m80), cabin room with bunk beds (1m80) or mezzanine with twin beds. Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.
3 bedroom 8 persons/2 bedroom mezzanine 8 persons (78m²): Living room sleeping two, three bedrooms with twin beds or double bed or bunk beds, additional shower room and WC. NB for apartments with a mezzanine, the 3rd bedroom will not be enclosed. Please note: Apartments are allocated according to the make up of the group and occupancy levels.
3 bedroom 8 persons mezzanine (156m²): Living room, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), one twin bedroom, mezzanine with twin beds. Additional WC.
