This residence features 79 high quality apartments divided into 3 chalet-style buildings (with lifts). It is situated in the hamlet of Chantemerle, one of the 4 areas of Serre Chevalier and is located 200m from the village centre and the main chair lift. The residence also features an indoor heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. There is one free sauna or steam room session per apartment/per week (additional supplements payable locally).

In every apartment:
• Equipped kitchenette (with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher)
• Shower or bathroom with separate WC (except studios)
• Cable television and telephone (payable locally)
• Beds made on arrival between £30 and £39 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking.
• End of stay cleaning (except kitchen) between £48 and £61 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
• Beds made on arrival and end of stay cleaning (except for kitchen area) is between £70 and £87 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
• Underground car parking is £43 per week subject to availability and should be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Please note that there is some free public parking within the car park complex however space can be only be guaranteed by booking in advance
• Please note: There are cleaning charges if the accommodation is not left in perfect order. 55€ - 85€.

1 bedroom + cabin 6 persons (43m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom and one cabin with 2 single beds. Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.
2 bedroom 6 persons (50-55m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. One additional shower room. Please note that some apartments are split level.
2 or 3 bedroom + cabin 8 persons or 3 bedroom 8 persons (80m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms OR living area with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one cabin with two single beds. Please note that a cabin is not a separate room. One additional shower room.
4 bedroom duplex 10 persons (100m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. One additional shower room.
