This residence is 2 km from the centre of Les Houches. There is easy access to the chair lifts by a short walk. The residence itself has an indoor heated swimming pool which is free for residents. Please note that as these apartments have been built in a traditional style, some apartments on the higher floors may have sloping ceilings.

2 bedroom 5/6 persons: Living room with one single sofa bed and one pull out bed, one double bedroom, one small cabin bedroom with staggered bunk beds. (Some apartments have a washing machine instead of a dishwasher).
2 bedroom 6/7 persons: Living room with one pull out bed, one double bedroom, one twin or double bedroom and one bedroom with a single bed. Additional shower room and WC. Please note: Two apartments are duplexes.
3 bedroom 7/8 persons: Living room with one sofa bed and one pull out bed, two bedrooms with double or twin beds, one small bedroom with staggered bunk beds. Additional shower room and WC.
