Serre Chevalier - Resort overview

Serre Chevalier summer holidays

Serre Chevalier is the name given to the several villages and hamlets situated in the long south-facing valley between the Col du Lautaret and Briançon, ranging from the ultra modern to the more traditional. Sometimes overlooked by UK holidaymakers, Serre Chevalier is a wonderful mountain base, with one of the biggest lift-served areas in Europe - you will really feel that you are in the heart of the mountains. Briançon boasts the UNESCO heritage award, making it a fascinating cultural site. Plus, the resort enjoys an almost Mediterranean climate, with over 300 days of sunshine every year!
